About Me

As a Registered nurse for over 20 years, I know first hand the various challenges that most health care systems face. Complianz, LLC was created with these challenges in mind.

With my background in Acute and Post Acute Care settings including Skilled, Long Term Care, Palliative, Hospice and Home Health, I understand the complexities that come with providing the best care to our patients or residents. 

Pursuing excellence has always been my lifelong focus. I earned my BSN in 1995 in the Philippines. I was a top- notcher in the Nursing licensure exam. In 2018, I pursued higher education and earned my Masters in Nursing with focus on Nursing Administration and Management. My specialty includes Quality assurance and Process Improvement. In 2020, I earned my Quality Certified Professional certification through American Association of Post Acute Care Nursing.
